The adventure began simply, in a Normandy workshop, with a sincere idea: to create scented candles made in France, by hand, with carefully selected materials and genuine attention to detail.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the composition of the products and where are they manufactured?
Our creations are made from Ecocert-certified rapeseed vegetable wax (for melts and candles) and an alcohol-free vegetable solution (for diffusers and mists).
Each base is combined with a Grasse fragrance, free of CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic, reprotoxic) substances, Vegan in composition, and phthalate-free. 🍃
The wicks are French, made of lead-free cotton, the candle glasses are French, and all of our products are hand-poured in our workshop in Normandy.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days, then shipped according to the chosen delivery method. Under optimal conditions, the order is available as early as the next day after shipment at your relay point.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged and the products are spoilt or broken?
Recommended action:
Refuse the package at the relay point if it is visibly damaged. It will be immediately returned to the workshop.
If breakage is noticed after opening:
File a claim very quickly by providing us with photos of the package + broken products + shipping label.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at 02 61 83 00 56 or via the dialog box on the homepage (red chat bubble at the bottom right). We will do our best to help you.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery is available for €3.90 to a relay point and is free for purchases over €50, in mainland France.
If you are outside this area, fees will be calculated at the payment stage. Delivery is available in Europe, French overseas departments and territories, and the rest of the world.
How to properly use my scented candle?
When using for the first time, let the candle burn until the entire surface has melted. This ensures an even burn and prevents tunneling.
Should I trim the wick?
Yes 😊 Before each lighting, trim the wick to about 1 cm for a stable and smoke-free flame.
